At Alcove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.
Eligibility for Returns

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@helloalcove.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all relevant documentation.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Self Serve Return Option
Alternatively, for your convenience, you can initiate your own return using Shopify's user-friendly Self Serve Return option. To begin the process, simply click here and enter the email address you entered at the time of purchase. You'll receive a 6 digit code as a login, then you'll be able to see your order and start the return process. It's very simple and should take no more than 2 minutes:)
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund within [Insert Number] business days.

- Open your Alcove by pressing both thumbs with equal pressure on the top corners, then rotate the cover down towards yourself.
- Adjust dividers - if you want fewer than 7 compartments.
- Insert a moisture-absorbing canister into each compartment.
- Affix labels to inside “tray” to identify each supplement.
- Write out your supplement regimen on a large label and affix to the inside cover.
- Pour your supplements into compartments (aahhh, so satisfying!)
- Close your Alcove , finally putting an end to supplement bottle clutter

Does Alcove really hold a full month’s supply of supplements?
The short answer is Yes. However, there are few factors to consider. In our research and development, we discovered that there are hundreds of different sizes of pills, tablets, capsules, and softgels. Also, everyone’s supplement routine is different: Mary might take 1 fish oil softgel a day, but Giselle might take 4. We determined a 30-day supply based on the average sized supplement capsule, and the average daily supplement intake of adult Americans.
How will I be able to identify my supplements after I pour them into Alcove?
Your Alcove will come with a sheet of preprinted and blank labels for easy identification. Simply open Alcove and affix the labels to the inside tray.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of different supplements that Alcove can hold?
Alcove can hold anywhere from 1-7 unique supplements. Remove and/or adjust the dividers for your desired number of supplements.
What types of supplements can Alcove hold?
Alcove can hold supplements or medication in the form of pills, capsules, tablets, and soft gels. Alcove is not designed to store liquids or powders.
Will Alcove keep my supplements safe from moisture the same as if they were in their original bottles?
Yes. We designed Alcove to be airtight, with our unique click-and-release silicone gasket seal. We’ve also provided moisture-absorbing canisters to further protect your supplements from moisture.
When I press the top corners to open the cover, why does one corner release but the other corner seems to be locked?
In all likelihood both corners were not pressed simultaneously. Simply press only on the corner that seems locked until you hear a click, then rotate the cover towards yourself.
Is there a travel-size version of Alcove?

Alcove was designed in California by Dr. Jamie Ph.D. and DesignStein Studios.
